For small channels
How to get sponsors on YouTube, even with a small channel.
Brands pay for a specific audience, so a few thousand subscribers can be enough. Know your average views, pick what you’ll offer, and pitch the brands your viewers already use.
Then offer a spot that’s on screen the whole video: their logo on the laptop in your shot. Describe it and our AI draws the skin.

Subject: Trailside Sam × Ridgeline Packs: a sponsorship idea
Hi Ridgeline Packs team,
I make Trailside Sam, a YouTube channel for beginners getting into backpacking. My last ten videos averaged 18,000 views.
I’ve carried your 40L pack on my last six trips, and viewers ask about it in the comments.
I’d like to pitch a 60-second segment in an upcoming video, with your link in the description and a pinned comment. If you’d like your brand in frame for the whole video, I can put your logo on the laptop on my desk.
Can I send dates and rates?

- Brands can count the sales from these, so add them to every deal.
- Quiet, cheap to sell, and it stays in every video you film at that desk.
- Its lid is a billboard in every video you film at that desk. Describe the sponsor’s skin and our AI draws it.
- Check in YouTube Studio whether your channel can join. Pitch brands yourself either way.

FAQ
YouTube sponsor questions.
How do I get sponsors on YouTube?
Pitch brands your viewers already use. Send your average views on your last ten videos, who watches, and one clear offer: an integration, a link in the description and a date. Then deliver it well, because the second deal comes easier.
How many subscribers do you need to get sponsors?
There’s no minimum for brand deals; they’re between you and the brand. YouTube’s own Partner Program is separate: fan funding opens at 500 subscribers with recent uploads and 3,000 watch hours (or 3 million Shorts views), and ad revenue at 1,000 subscribers with 4,000 watch hours or 10 million Shorts views. YouTube’s rules.
Do I have to disclose sponsorships on YouTube?
Yes. Turn on YouTube’s paid promotion label, and say it in the video too. The FTC’s guide for creators says the disclosure belongs in the video, not only in the description, and that a platform’s tool alone may not be enough. The FTC’s guide.
What should the laptop in your shot say?
