LapAds makes custom laptop skins. A skin is a printed vinyl sheet for the back of your laptop lid, made from a design you create on this site.

You can generate the art with AI, upload your own image, or build it in the editor. They all end in the same editor, so you can mix them.

You sign in without a password, and your first sign-in creates your account. Keep access to the phone number, email address, Google account or Apple account you signed in with, because that’s how you get back in.

You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

New accounts get 15 free AI credits. It’s one free grant per verified account, and each network is limited to a few free grants a week. Please don’t create extra accounts to collect more.

One credit makes one AI image. If a generation fails, its credit is refunded automatically, and a prompt our content filter flags doesn’t use a credit. You can buy more credits, priced at our cost to generate plus card fees.

Only upload artwork and logos you own or have permission to use. Every design has to follow our content policy, and we can refuse to print a design that doesn’t.

You keep whatever rights you already have in what you upload. When you order, you give us permission to store and print your files so we can make and ship your skin.

You see the price before you pay, and you’re charged in US dollars through Stripe. Skins are priced by laptop size class, and you choose matte or gloss at checkout. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

We size each skin from the manufacturer’s dimensions for the laptop model you pick, so pick the model you own. Universal sizes aren’t tied to one model; check their measurements against your lid before you order.

Apple models offer an optional logo cutout. Its size is an estimate today.

We haven’t published our returns and refunds policy for custom skins, or our production and delivery times. Both will be added here before launch. If you need an answer before you order, email us at connect@lap-ads.com.

When these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If something here is unclear, email us at connect@lap-ads.com.
